The Administrators and Server Police
Shattered Worlds has two distinct governing bodies in it's command structure. Each group holds a vital role in the community.
The Admin Team [SWA]: These are the guys who run the show. The Admin Team members are responsible for the smooth running of the server and the forums. They moderate the forums, but leave the day-to-day running of the server in the hands of the Server Police. They're the ones who work on the Mod itself, and are generally busy cranking out new versions.
The Admin have the final word on disputes, but most of that handling is done by the Server Police. Only in a case where an appeal is needed are the Admin brought into the case.

The Server Police [SP] are appointed by the Admin Team to police the rules on the server itself. They're also responsible for holding events when needed, and overseeing Conquest Model battles. Each of these team members have the backing of the Admin, and are the first line in any sort of communication regarding issues with players or mod troubles.
