News just in from Planet Maine as Major Lustina Howards of the Order faction has just publicly announced the cessation of hostilities between Rheinland House and the Order. This is her statement made just fifteen minuets ago:

"Ladies and gentlemen thank you for your time and patience. It is my greatest pleasure to announce the formal end of hostilities between our Order organization and House Rheinland. The efforts of our Chief Communications Officer, Commander Kaal and his excellency, Chancellor Nick Seafort of Rheinland has finally ended seven years of conflict between our two factions. With this we hope to rebuild bridges between the Order and the people of Rheinland, to continue on to a brighter future of mutual respect and cooperation. Thank you."

CNS has been unable to verify where or when these negotiations took place, our sources have been able to acquire information regarding rules and restrictions the Order must concede to House Rheinland for this treaty to continue. The following concessions are:

- Acknowledgment of [R] space; respect of [R] administration and jurisdiction over New Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Neuss and Dresden.
- Order will operate trade and military operations under [R] consent. The Order will continue practice of non-involvement concerning [R] sectarian policies as done with Liberty (LN, LSF) and Bretonia (BN).   
- Order will not conduct military operations unless against Cultist Regulars (NPCs), Nomads and Nomad Hunter-Killers (players), message will be given to [R] prior to action if members are online.
- Suspected Cultists, Nomad Infiltrators and Imperial Nippon Pilots will be left to [R] authorities to be dealt with, information regarding such will be forwarded to [R] Military HQ
- If suspected Cultists, Nomad Infiltrators and Imperial Nippon Pilots are actively conducting hostile actions in [R] space and [R] military is unable to respond (offline), Order will engage hostile forces on [R] behalf. After-action report will be filled and forwarded to [R] HQ.
