I lost all my stuff in the vault and i don t know how.It was red lag and i log off now my vault is empty like it was destroyed.
And i wasn t attack because my vault is neutral and i have no enemy and i didn t crush it to a planet.
Could someone take a look  to what happened with my vault please.

150+ non-combinable equipment/cargo in your hold usually corrupts your player file. Also important to note that we have a system designed for Vaults. It's called the Greenzone and is a NO PVP zone around the marketplace. There are no npc to steal loot or attack you, and serves as the perfect place for safe storage of booty. As I always have endorsed, please move your Vaults to the Greenzone and try to keep your total non-combinable item count below 150 or you will likely corrupt your file.

We will look into what's happened with yours Anathosion.

Thank you for the fast respond guns are all back but i am missing about 25 parts in my cargo space if you could look into that.I buy them all together from a player 2 days back.
And the rest of the parts i collect this week.
I understand if you have to restore my char to a previus time that would explain my missing parts.

You're likely missing stuff because your character can't take any more. Sell some things and we may be able to help, although we don't know what pieces you've lost.

We've said it so often I can't believe people won't get it: if you go over 150 unique items in your hold, your character will be corrupted.

Your character shows the following parts on hand:

1x Advanced Weapon Interface
2x Adamantium Barrel
4x Mysterious Weapon Components
3x Hyper Capacitor
2x Unknown Alloys
3x Advanced Targeting Computer
5x Advanced Weapon Research
4x Advanced Firing Mechanism

If you don't see all of those then you've once again corrupted your character and/or account in which case there's nothing we can do except tell you to sell things or make a new character and use that for your vault instead and delete this one.

I know about all this i get rid off the guns well most of it and that is not the problem i had 25 more parts on it which i get this week and there was np with them i swirch tomy vault alot pass this week and it was np at all.
And it was not that my account chrash but i had red lag and i log off but when i come back my vault was parkt at the base but it was outside beffore  and it was empty like it was destroyed but i don t have rep on my vault and i didn t crash it on a planet.I think but don t really know is that lag mybe  cause that server think that my char was destroyed and it restarted to my last docking place empty.

I can see all this parts but i am still  missing about 25 parts wich i get this week.
And i know what you told me Dig i did take that siriusly and i wouldn t make this post if i would crush my account again.

Your vault was completely empty except for bats and bots before I replaced everything. We do regular backups of all character files, so I simply replaced your file from the backup, which was dated Feb 1st. Now, when I did that, I noticed it was getting pretty high on the cargo items limit. If you added another 10 items or so, then you would have put yourself at risk for file corruption.

As far as I'm concerned, we only fix or replace accounts lost due to account corruption once. I didn't know it had been done before, so you're lucky to have gotten it back at all. It's unfortunate about the parts, but we have no way to verify their existence. Sorry about that.

My advice to you: Sell any weapons or equipment for which you have more than 3-4 copies. Sell anything that is under Class 4, and exchange your weapon parts for actual guns. If you go over the limit again, you're on your own.

I know all that and i didn t corrup the account it was working i log on and off him all the time
and i didn t put anything into it i had a lag and it was empty when i log back on and it was inside of a station and not out side of it.I know the limit i had all my stuff writen on paper so that i wouldn t crash account again. I would just like to know what the hell happend.
Is it possible for you to check that please.

The character's already been corrupted once plus I had to fix it with Ioncross the first time which can also pose problems on occasion. Combine that with some random lag glitch and you have item loss. There's your explanation. You've the parts you bought in between when your character was backed up and when you bought them, sorry.

thanks for the help anyway and this could happend again so i will deleted this char and make a new one.

You sure you couldn t check wich parts was on my vault i bay them from one player all of his parts so you could check his vault and than give that parts back to me.
But if you can t it is all right sorry to make such a mess with this.

The parts were transfered from him to you. He didn't get a corrupted character, so the parts he gave you are gone. There isn't anything we can do about that I'm afraid.
